# Growler Cards

> Growler Cards (www.growlercards.com) is a website for playing 120s, the Newfoundland and Labrador trick-taking card game, in a web browser. People play against computer players or host a table for family and friends anywhere in the world. Built for Newfoundlanders at home and living away.

Key facts:
- 120s: players bid 20, 25 or 30 to name trump, the bidder takes a 3 card kitty, and five tricks are played each hand. Each trick is worth 5 points and the 5 of trumps, Jack of trumps and Ace of hearts add 5 each. The first side to 120 wins.
- Tables seat 2, 3 or 4. Four players play as two teams of two. Computer players (Puffin Pete, Aunt Bride, Uncle Mose, Ace) fill empty seats.
- Free account: Eight free lessons that teach 120s from scratch; 120 Rush and 120 Solitaire; Joining any table a member invites you to.
- Solo membership, CAD $2.99/month: unlimited 120s against the computer players.
- Solo + Multiplayer, CAD $4.99/month: everything in Solo plus hosting tables for 2, 3 or 4 with your own house rules. Invited friends join free.
- Runs in any web browser on phone, tablet or computer. No download.
